Samsung Galaxy S now available on Globe for pre-order
When I was passing by Greenbelt 3 to get to Greenbelt 1, I noticed a "new" Globe hub on the way. It's beside Powerbooks, in front of b_connected, near Healthy Options, etc.. It's nothing new, I pass by Globe stores all the time but this one got my attention. It's an advertisement for the Samsung Galaxy S! So I went in. Circled the display looking for the phone. And at the middle there is the beautiful phone. Three of them :) I picked one and meddled with it. It's bigger than the iPhone but a bit lighter and thinner (than 3Gs?). It's a shiny piece of black glass. And I mean shiny. The screen is all black when the screen is off but when it turns on all you can notice is the screen and nothing but the screen! The screen is AMOLED and it's very very nice! Everything is crisp and vibrant! And very captivating as well But unlike the new iPhone 4, you can still see the pixels upon REAL CLOSE UP! iPhone 4*, iPhone 3Gs*, Galaxy S *image from MobileCrunch It's very prone to smudges as you can see from the video and photos.
